Water leakage

Dear sir,

i had purchased this water heater from mahesh enterprises, on 18/12.

but now this water heater is having water leakage problem.when i had send

it to repair the service centre asked us for rs 1000.00for repairing charges.

i got it back as the purchase price was only rs 1950.00.could you please

tell me why so much repairing cost.
