Refund for train cancelled due to Gujjar agitation

I have got a refund from IRCTC (Refund IRCTC-TDR#50825852-03-06-08) for Rs.976/-, while my train got cancelled due to Gujjar protest, and my ticket was for Rs.1952/- with Rs.60 Internet charges making it Rs.2012.

I have been refunded only 50% amount, and train got cancelled due to agitation. Its not me who cancelled the ticket for not travelling, the traing got cancelled so i should get my entire ticket amount.
