Have not receive SAAZ Cds and free gifts

I had received an advertisement from India Today Book Club.

They were selling a 16 CD SAAZ pack for 2249/- along with 3 free gifts

including Adidas shoes.

I sent them the cheques (4 cheques (Cheque Number 269686- 269689) to

be deducted in three months) in July.

They confirmed receipt of cheques in August by calling me up.

All the cheques have cleared at one time from my account on 3rd December.

I have repeatedly called them up for my CDs and free gifts. Each time i have received a reference number with the confirmation that I'd

receive everything within seven days.
