CUS.id. ITBC 08629601.ORDER NO TELESALES/0GA090073090. I have paid Rs.3498/-by IOB debit card on 2.11.09 for Sigmatel Phone. The payment debited twice.
I sent the scanned copy of my bank statement to response @indiatodaybookclub.com. as instructed by Mr Amit kumar and Chetan Arya on 6.11.09. I sent the same on the same day. Till 28.11.09 there is no response to my 15 mails.
It is very difficult to reach a customer care (less) officers over phone no 011.40502424. You can listen music for 5 minutes in vain.
I need reply from a responsible officer (if any) of ITBC.It is not the question of money. It is the question of Policy.
I have great regards for ITBC. Hope ITBC reciprocates to customer.
