Denial of servicing my bike

I am residing at oachira in kollam district.i bought a new YAMAHAFZ16 from thiruvananthapuram Hilton Motors, and now its time to get first service and i contacted the yamaha dealer at allappuzha called Jayasree Motors.i telephoned the Managing Director of Jayasree Motors for telling them that my bikes first service be done at their showroom. But he replied negatively and denied service of my bike at his showroom. He also used bad words at my cousin who questioned this. A bike of any particular company can be serviced at any of their authorised dealers. I dont understand how he could deny us service there and use words that dont match his position.
