Jetlite India Pvt. Ltd. lost my baggage on the Jetlite flight S2 632 from Bangalore to Ahmedabad on 13th July (My onward journey. My Reebok bag weighing 8 kgs contained important things that I needed for my 15 day stay in various parts of interior Madhya Pradesh and somethings that cannot be replaced.

1. I was travelling with my colleague & they made the first mistake of checking in my baggage in her name inspite of repeated requests to check in our respective baggage separately.

2. At Ahmedabad after a long wait at the conveyor belt I find that my bag is missing on lodging a complaint I was assured by the Jetlite ground staff at Ahmebadad that my luggage would be located and I would be intimated the same day - but I did not hear from them throught the 15 days

3. I went through a lot of mental strain & tension and the ordeal of washing and reusing the same clothes, not to mention the additional agony of trying to locate my baggage through an unresponsive jetlite.

4. The CSR called me up almost a month ago offering a compensation of Rs. 450 per kg (Approx Rs. 3100) according to company policy when the actual contents of my bag was around Rs. 30, 000/- But I haven't heard from them eversince.

5.I think Jetlite’s company policy also says that they have to lose the customers baggage.

6. There has been no reply till date from any responsible person of jetlite for mails (sent weeks ago) and the letter that was posted to them almost two weeks ago.
