this is vishal soni from himachal pradesh i have purchased k550i set in feb in my home town . within initial 3 months it starts giving problem is antenna was not working properly .when i asked the concerned shopkeeper he told thatyour its your sim problem, then i changed my sim within next 15 days it stars giving problem then again he told me the same reason, again i changed my sim but this time the display screen was not showing any antenna symbol . i gave my set to that owner till today i hevent got my set back, the owner is telling that he has send the mobile to chennai for changing its entire machinery, i m no beleiving that such a poor customer satisfaction sony ericssion is giving i m working in tata consulting engineers limited and i think such a wrong this will definately going to spoil the name of SONYERICSSION .SO NOW I WANT A NEW SET and for your information i set is in warranty period . so now suggst me what to do, i want my set back in proper working condition if not possible i want another set
its abig shame ful thing on the behalf of WHOLE SONYERICSSION TEAM, you a big multi national team and you are not worried about your cusomers i want the address of SONY ERICSSION MD GIVE HIS MOBILE NO ALSO i wanan talk to him
i am not happy wih that, i am using sony articls for the last 15 years and yoy are doing such a wrong behavior with your old customer it doesnt seems good
