Dear Sir:
We have purchased a Kelvinator refrigerator 225 Ltr. (Serial No.-27700303) from Cheap Electric Store, Azad Chowk, Narnaul (Haryana) via bill number 4257, dated 19/03/09. Sir, I want to bring in your kind notice that since the day 1 when we have purchased the refrigerator, it is not working properly. Its fan is giving anonymous sound which is quite loud. Fruits and vegetables get dried the next day they are occupied in the fridge. No freshness is maintained for the eatables.
Inspite of our regular complaints to the dealer, till the time he haven't taken any concrete action to solve our complaint. Now more than two weeks passed and nothing is been done for our solution.
Could you please tell me that whether this is the after sale service of Kelvinator refrigerator? We have taken this refrigerator on the basis of reputation of Kelvinator in market, but I think we did blunder relying on the company.
We want replacement of our refrigerator as soon as possible as we have no faith on the dealer now. Please provide us with a good refrigerator or we want our money back if its impossible for u to handle the situation.
