Kenstar Water Purifier
Not working

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a water purifier from one of your dealer SOUND OF MUSIC, Sakchi Jamshedpur, Jharkhand on 2nd of November and from that day to till today 13th of November I could not drink a drop of water from your purifier at it does not filter ie water does not passess through the candle inside your filter. I have complained about this to your call center, to the shop keeper, to your service provider that means I have tried all means of options available.

At last I am writing you this mail in an expection that some thing will be taken care of this. This is my last approach and if i wont get any satifactory action from your side too then I am going to the consumer court regarding this.

I hope I wont need to do this and expect that you will take care of your consumer.
