Valuable stolen from checkin lugagge

While travelling from Nagpur to Bangalore on 13th Feb I checked in two luggage, and from one checkedin luggage, gold worth rupees one lakh was missing, which i checked it after coming to house.

Now airline is not taking any responsibility.

Please help me out how to go legally.
