Dear sir, we have booked 5 tickrets from Bagdogra to Mumbai for 10/05 through travel agent Padmaja Travels, Ghatkopar (E). Mumbai-77 Detail of booking are as under

Ticket Nos:0903308481035/36/37/38/39

Confirmation No: OBLQTU Flight Details are as under

IXB TO GAU by Kingfisher RED IT3334 and

GAU toMUMBAI by Kingfisher Class IT-136.Both the flights were late.

Complaint: Flight from GAU to MUMBAI was booked under Kingfisher Class but actual flight we forced to board was Kingfisher RED.Ground staff was arrogant. They were not cooperative. At last they gave us in writing that we have boarded KF RED flight from GAU to MUM.hence we should get Difference of the fare between two class plus compensation for non cooperation and not providing the required KF CLASS fligkt as per our Booking
