Delays in E - Ticket - Cancellation Refund

Dear Madam / Sir,

I have booked the flight ticket for Bangalore to Nagpur (Travel Date 21 June) on 29th March. Subsequently, due to unavoidable circumstance I had to cancelled the ticket in last week of April.

After the cancellation of the ticket, I have been informed that refund amount of the ticket will be credited to me with in seven working days. However, I have not received the refund amount even after the elapsed of two months.

In this regard, I have called the customer care many times and each time I have received a standard reply that your refund is in process. I am unable to know the reason behind such delays.

I had never expected such delays from the elite carrier like Kingfisher. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and expedite the credit of the refund amount.
