Sir,
I had already submmited written complaint regarding my tel connection No. 27151320 due to correction in billing as per Non OYT gen category for disability. As per your policy for disable persons is Zero installation charges and 50% concession in rental charges. This charges till not given to me and for that reason i was complained but the decision is still pending and connection is disconnected.
You are requested an early action regarding this connection may please requested. Thank you
