I had made complaint vide Ticket No. GRGB43990 dated 15.07.2008 in respect of Telephone No. 0124-2314093 through 2211500, which is totally dead. I have been trying to contact the authorities to rectify the problem over phone but nobody is listening to my request for the problem.

Should I contact the higher authorities to put the above telephone in working order as my wife is a heart patient.

It is requested to put the above telephone into working order and not charge the rent since 15th July till it is put into working order.
