Samsung Service Centre installed the Split A/C on 23/06/09 and further attended on 24.06.09 and following defects to be rectified i) To stop dropping of water from A/C indoor unit ii) To give a regular& proper shape of the hole, through which cables passed from one side to other side of the walland to prevent from coming rain water through that hole iii) Flushing of A/C indoor unit properly with wall In addition to the above Compensation towards the damage of Floor Mat is to be given. Though the ownerof the Samsung authorised Service Centre, on mutual agreement, has promised to send his men on 29.06.09 to rectify the defects but none from service center came to my residence to attend the A/C till date.
