Service denied, refund denied

In December a booking was made at LemonTree hotel in Chennai through Expedia including two way transfers from Chennai airport. There was no pickup at the airport. Lemon Tree hotels admitted their mistake, asked for bank account details to pay the refund but more than six months later continues to evade their responsibility. A real shame the way they cheat a helpless customer. Be warned.
