Lenovo/NoteBook Y500
DVD Writer, not working

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Lenovo 3000 Y500 Laptop, Serial No MA-6NR8R, Model No 77614EQ, P/N No - R3PY37916912 during Sep 2007.

There is no disply of DVD Hardware Drive so it is problem occured that, the DVDis not working and Disk does not access in computer that means no disk found error. You are requested to look in to the matter and send your rep to correct the problem.
