WELL I BOUGHT A LG FRIDGE GL325TMG4 SUPER INOX FROM METRO RADIO AND ELECTRONICS HOUSE ON 25/07/08 AND IT WAS DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL. THE THERMOSTAT WAS DEFECTIVE AND THE VEGETABLES WERE FROSTING, ALSO THE HANDLE WAS CRACKED AND NOW IT IS BROKEN OF THE DEEP FROST DOOR. I THOUGHT THAT THE SETTINGS WERE WRONG AND I TRIED TO REDUCE THE SETTINGS BUT IT DID NOT WORK. WHEN CONTACTED THE SHOWROOM THEY SAID THE COMPANY WILL BE ANSWERABLE TO THAT. WHEN I CONTACTED THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE HE SAYS HE WILL CHANGE THE THERMOSTAT. BUT I ASK U IS THERE NO QUALITY CHECK AND UR PRODUCT ARRIVES DEFECTIVE AND THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE REFUSES TO CHANGE THE FRIDGE. PLEASE ADVICE.
