My Microwave broke down and I gave it to the service center authorized by the company. When I got back my microwave it was nicely packed my in a box saying it can't be repaired. After around 3-4 months, I showed it to one relative who has good knowledge of electronics. He realized that some key parts are taken by the service center guys. I realized that reaching out to service center after this much time is not fruitful so I wrote to LG directly Its been more than 6 months but I haven't got any response.
To those of you who are planning to buy LG products, please think twice.
