Inthis regard your company represenative came to our house to give a demo, It had a major da, mege in the oven himself accepted that oven is under damage after that ihad given back to dealer and he gave me the same piece doing some miner corrections and i have brought on 25.01.2009 after that your company representative came to our house on dated; 28.01.2009 one Mr. Shekar and found electric lekage of your oven, we had brought your companies oven because of trusting "LG BRAND OVEN" Now i request you to replace the damage Oven with in one week or else Ican proced legally Ican belive that you may replace the entire system and Ihave Contecated Your company manager Mr Sadhik and demo person Shekar
