Non receipt of offer after making payments

On 09.11.2009 a offer (Phillips DVD palyer, Rebbok Sunglass and holiday package) purchase by me. My Transaction I/D is 440013239. i have made payment at same time through credit card. But, i have not receive my offer yet.
