Non delivery of orde

Dear Sir,

I had ordered for Movie ticket booklets for Rs. 588/- on 24/04 and my credit card was swiped for the same amount on the same day, and i was informed i would receive my booklet within ten days of booking.

But still today (14/05/09) i have not received any booklet. My booking id for your reference is 7770007437.

Would request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
