I had Purchased 16 CD pack from India Today Book Club on 01-10-08 which was sent to me by invoice no. ORA80147830 DTD 29-10-08 which was sent to me on 20-11-08 vide VPP No. 380353 and was duly paid and received on 26-11-08 for Rs 2599.00. This booking had an offer of providing reebok shoes worth Rs 2599.00 free of cost 2nights and 3 drays gift voucher of staying in any hotel as per there list. This stay offer had a hidden price Rs 800.00 which had to be paid in advance to activate the voucher and which was not told at the time of booking the order.
In lieu of purchase I hadnt received my free gift reebok shoes worth Rs 2599.00 till date. I had been calling them and mailing them regularly regarding non receipt of my free gift but each time i was cheated and received the following matter from the club
1 On 14-02-09 we apologize... send your shoe size with bill copy/details
2. On 19-06-09 With reference to... we would like to have your shoe size so that we arrange to dispatch them on urgent basis
3 On 21-06-09 With reference to... we would like to have your membership no. and order number... so that we can check the details
4 On 24-06-09 With reference to your mail we have forwarded your complaint TO THE CONCERNED DEPTT to arrange to DISPATCH YOUR SHOES
