Sub: Complaint about my New Mahindra Ranault Logan Car

Sir,
I wish to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased a new Mahindra Renault Logan Car 1.6 DLX Petrol with company fitted CNG in the month of April 09 from Mahindra’s Dealer M/s Shiva Auto Car India (P) Ltd., Patpargang Ind. Area, Delhi (vide their bill no. dt 03.04.2009 enclosed -1, for your ready reference.
This car is giving me trouble from the very begening (The fuel average the car was giving me 4 to 5 per km). The CNG was fitted after one month of the delivery of the car). I had mailed my complaint of the breakdown of my car on road to the Hd. Customer Care, Mumbai (Copy enclosed-2), and also enclose their reply to me (copy enclosed -3).
The first complaint of breakdown of my car on road was lodged on 8th May 09 (Docket No: IE08/0141) –copy enclosed -4. The second complaint was lodged for again breakdown of the car on road with Mr Munish Dewan G.M. Shiva Auto On his Mo No..9310055603 on 5th June 09., and the third complaint was lodged once again for breakdown of my car on road to Mr Munish Dewan (MO: 9310055603) again on 9th June 09. Every time while taking the car and delivering the car, they informed me that the car will be thoroughly checked & now it is OK. But you will see that fault is occurring again and again despite their assurance that it has been checked & defect removed.
The car has given me high tension and disturbed me a lot. I have missed my important meetings with my clients due to this defective car. I was even hospitalized due to tension and stress (cardiac problem) sustained to me by this defective car (documents enclosed -5).
The car which was returned to me on the night of 15th June 09 at 10.30PM, after keeping in their Service station for almost six days. The Delhi Dealer did provided me a Taxi on second half of 10th & 11th June, and for full day for 12th &13th June 09. I had to arrange Taxi on my own for 14th & 15th June 09.At the time of delivery of car, the bootlight of my car was not working, and moreover the petrol & CNG was fully consumed –almot empty fuel tank & CNG cylinder. However, I mentioned in the delivery slip that I am receiving this car under protest with above mentioned defects.
In fact I have lost confidence in this defective car. My work is suffering a lot due to tension I am carrying because of this defective car. I am self employed marketing man doing marketing of advertising materials like Glow Signs, Banners etc.. I have to visit my clients with samples in and around Delhi and nearby cities on their appointed date and time. My several meetings have been deferred due to disturbanace and tension in my mind caused by this defective car. I feel very insecure now.
I may tell you Sir, that I am fad up with this defective car. After delivery of the on 15th June, the defects are still there in the car. The car is now giving me trouble again –major starting & missing trouble.
Sir, my request with you is that you kindly pass order that Mahindra people should give me a new trouble free car in lieu of this defective car or return my money which I deposited with them for buying a new car from them. Besides, I should also be given compensation of Rs. Lacs for the suffering of my health and business due to this defective car.
I may mention here that the Dealer did not give me bill for CNG kit, and not even endorsed it on the R.C., inspite of my several verbal reminders to them. I have however made full payment of the car and the CNG kit.
Sir, I am very much disturbed at the moment and wish that you kindly cosider my above request.
I hope your fair decision will help me to come out of these massive problems and I will start my life and business peacefully & without tension and stress.
