I spoke 2 loop mobile customer executive on 11- 4- 12 at 11a.m i called loop mobile customer care n talked 2 sagar n told him to activate internet service for rs-21 in which we get 300 mb for 7 days but he activated rs21 msg scheme so after that once at around 1p.m my 26 rs n at around 3 p.m my 25 rupees got deducted coz of his mistake den i spoke 2 ravindra and many other customer care executives but no one helped me they just said dat ur deducted amount could not be seen in d system please make my reimbursement... thank you
