Increasing Network Issues - No resolution

Since the past 6 months I have been facing network problems - ie the call goes blank, frequent call drops and break in network... I have complained but no resolution provided... Recently since past 3 days I am facing the worst of nework issues - i own 2 nos. with Loop mobile... 9870269865 & 9870269856... we are unable to make calls and are facing call blanks... If I get through the call drops in 15 secs... i have been relentlessly trying to get this resolved by asking for a manger but it seems after shift working hrs ie 10am to 6 pm no manager is available... I have been told that the complaint has been made and given docket no: 150846953... but i have not received any call or solution to the same...
