STRAP IS NOT CLOSING GETS OPENED RESULTING IN THE FALL OF THE WATCH

I have bought this watch through SpiceJet flight while travelling from Delhi to Hyderabad on 30 Nov.

The strap is not closing at all. It gets opened resulting in fall of the watch.

Otherwise your Wwatch is a Master Piece

Please provide with a proper strap.
