No reference of tickets 6 days after debiting money

After innumerable calls to makemytrip customer care (which stands always clogged with traffic), I find the site the last hope for revival of my lost / nearly-lost, money / hope of availing tickets.

5 days back I have booked an airticket (Hyderabad to Kolkatta) from their website, and leave alone the receipt of paper tickets, I am till date eagerly awaiting the receipt of PNR / other confirmation from their end.

I have never encountered such pathetic levels of service from any of the other service providers (yatra / cleartrip / direct airline sites).

The only promptness shown by their end was debiting money from my HDFC account, which happened too fast for the eyes to believe, but keeping a customer (after such incidents, obviously an one time customer) waiting without any reference / revert has made me think whether my very money would be recoverable now or not, leave alone the paper tickets.
