Manhattan Credit Card
Non Receipt of Credit card but Bill Furnished

Dear Sie/ Madam,

I was sent a Manhattan Credir Card that I refused to accept. The same was returned to the courier delivery man itself.

Howeve, I received a bill raised on 26 Apr for Rs 360.40 P. I contacted Ms Deepsheka at the New Delhi ITO Office on Tele No 011 43696425 and apprised her that I am not interested in availing this Credit Card. She offered me this card at a reduced rate of Rs 2500/- (Rs Two Thousand Five Hundred only) for which I agreed.

During my last correspondence since Ms Deepiksha was not in office I was assured by the representative at the ITO Delhi Office that she would redress my grieviance on the following working day through Ms Deepiksha.

However, till today neither have I received the Credit Card nor have I been contacted by Ms Deepiksha or any other responsible representative to redress my grevience.

Kindly do the needful.
