Lien marked without consent and approval, lapse and service

I ratnadeep sarkar, has a bank salary account in abnamro bank of employer ABN AMRO CENTRAL ENTERPRISES. i recently resigned and is going through proper final settlement with hr. but the bank has put a lien of Rs21000 on my account without any proper approvals.as i crosschecked my HR and they confirmed that they had given no such instruction to the bank. i called up the customer service on 11th of july and complaint about the issue but neither they called up explaining about the same nor removed the lien on my acc. till date, despite of repeated calls from my side.this is a complete lapse of service and harrasment from the part of bank for which i demand compensation.
