After disconnecting bill received

Sir,

it is inform your that i am having one complaing agaist your bill

dated 08-09 for Rs.427/- . I was having one Internet connection

(Tel No 9302252456) on the na, e PRakash ladikar due to non using of

internet i wanted to cuttup that connection. I informened your

customer care on 05/08/09 for disconnect my connection they provide

me reference no UCS-883955 regarding confirmation of discontinute of

that connection and assured me that no bill will come agaist my

number but on 08/07 i received one bill (bill period is

08/06). Presently i am trying your customarcare rom last two

days but not able to contact so please tell me that why its happned

if i informed in customer care then why the above bill is came.
