Inordinate delay in receipt of eMO

Sir

I had sent Rs. 1000/- to my father in law through eMO on 16/11 vide receipt no 105984091116004539.By tracking it was confirmed that the MO had been received by Batlagundu Post Office on 17/11. Since it was not delivered till 20/11, I preferred a complaint through this complaint services on 20/11. No action seems to have been taken yet. The money was delivered only on 24/11, after an inordinate delay of 7days. The previous system would have taken maximum three days. What ever be the advanced technology and announcement of fast delivery system, its success depends on the attitude of the post man who delivers the product.

I request you to take immediate suitable action against the post man concerned, for the inordinate delay. Please keep me informede ablut the action taken. Other wise this system is a failure.
