Received a defective OTG from Morphy Richard which stopped working on the first usage. Registered a complaint no. 312647 by calling customer care and a person visited after 5 days.
We were informed by the technician that the fuse has been damaged and when he opened the machine it was found fully rusted and seem to be a second hand product.
We asked for replacement as the defect has been identified in the first week itself. However, they are refusing to do so and has not even replaced the damaged fuse. They have given us a work around and expecting us to continue using the same product without the fuse.
We request the authority to take appropriate action against the cheating done and also for misguiding and harassing the customers. We need replacement of our product, hence need your intervention.
