No Replacement

I have purchase a DVD writer from Cost to Cost, Nehru Place on dated 07th March after 2months the product doesnot work, so as per their company's warranty card the replacement should be made within One year and I also meet the "Cost to Cost", Nehru Place on dated 25th and 26th June and they sent me to "Neotronics", Nehruplace service centre for "Moser Baer" but the concerned person of "Neotronics" doesnot behave properly and deny to service the product. I'm totally disatisfied with the customer support and service within this transactions. Kindly look into this matter.
