I have paid my february bill amount of Rs.390.00 on 06-03 under Receipt No: 33603 to your franchise M/S. Supreme Network, 520, Perundurai Road, Erode - 638011, Tamilnadu. Inspite of my payment in time you have added in my March Bill a sum of Rs.50.00 towards late fee charges. The said mistake must be corrected and the excessive amount claimed must be recalled immediately.
