Always customer care number, university enquiry numbers, particular department numbers is ringing and nobody is there to attend the call. I was fed and everything i need to go in person.

MU Web-site doesn't have latest information regarding results, date for revaluation, fees to be paid etc.,

There are not providing online payment for fees. Always able to see a very big queue which usually disturbs the people who work & study.

No general equiry to send an email. Email correspondence/ Email query is not present.
