Gprs setting problem in roaming area/out going call not availabe in roaming area

I have purchased prepaid sim card from Kannauaj (Uttar Pradesh)

before ten days and I have applied for gprs. Neither I got gprs nor

I got gprs setting. while I am roaming my outgoing calls also stop

for that I loged complaint as complaint No D026383364, D036392653 but nothing action has been taken.
