Dear Sir,

I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - 3120c-1c, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– 356851/02/532994/3, PRODUCT CODE – 0560873, ) on 14.03.2009 from NOKIA PRIORITY, AJMER, Rajasthan.

There is a defect in the piece as there is a crack which has come on both the sides of the inside body of the phone. Please can you suggest me the next following action as i am not satisfied with the quality of the phone

Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span.

In case it is not resolved within a week’s time, please mention whom shall I contact next for getting an early solution.
