Non receipt of ADMIT CARD for UPSC Engineering Services Exam 2009

Sir,

Most respectfully i beg to complain that i have not yet received my ADMIT CARD for the ensuing UPSC Engineering Services Exam 2009 to be started on 6th of June.

So, I request very earnestly to send me a DUPLICATE ADMIT CARD as early as possible and oblige.
