Dear Sir,
We Avant Garde Hospitlaity Pvt Ltd Has purchased one Maruti Omni in the First week of February from Bimal Auto Agency Bangalore. our customer Id No. CO81360215. From the day one the Vehicle showing the problems and we have given thrice the vehicle for rectification. Apart from that your mobile has visited and checked the vehicle many times. On 15.05.09 we gave the vehicle for the through check up and rectification and on 16.05.09 we goT back the vehicle claiming that the all the complaints are rectified, . The total running KM is only 01951. Still the problem persists and the vehicle used to stop in running. You are requested to rectify the the problem immediately or give us a new vehicle.
