Regarding refund amount

Respected Sir,

I have cancelled bus ticket through online on 5-Aug, I apsrtc website they mentioned that the refund amount will be refunded with in 1 month.

But i haven't received any refund amount from apsrtc, there is no contact number to contact apsrtc. I sent emails (5 times) but i didn't even single reply from them.
