Oriental insurance for Bajaj Bike
Not getting the insurance policy

I have purchased a Bajaj Platina bike on 22nd Feb. Bearing registration number - DL9SV-4771, from Deewan Bajaj at Mahavir Enclave, Palam New Delhi-45.

During the time of purchase I also paid for the registeration and Insurance (Oriental Insurance) of my bike, and was told to collect my policy papers from the show room within one month's time.

But to the surprise I haven't got the policy papres till now. Everytime I go to Deewan Baja someone new person comes to me and say I am not aware of this situation and please give us 15 days time so that I will get the policy papars for you. And I also contacted the Oriental people regarding this and they said they have delivered the policy papers long back to the Deewan Bajaj authorities.

Please advice me what should I do now?
