Have bought a brand new Panasonic Microwave Oven on 10th June. It stopped working within a months time and a complaint was lodged with the vendor M/s Vijay Sales, which in turn forwarded it to Atharva Electronics which represents Panasonic as their service arm.
The problem was fixed after a long delay of 15 weeks. The same problem has occured again on 5th May for which a complaint has been given. the deffective part was taken by the representative of Atharva Electronics after two weeks of the complaint and till date has not got back with a replacement of the damaged part or had any kind of communication about the same. I have been repeatedly calling them and they have just ignored my calls for the same. The product is under warranty has given problems twice within a year.
