Sub:- Our Phone bill is coming excess every time from the month of May- June.
Respected Sir,
I am your BSNL Landline Holder Phone No.2348367, Named Vishesh Gupta. I want to inform you that from last April. I am receiving my bill excess due to your error in system or getting merged with another Phone line,
Which we got to know confirmed last Month Dec. That the phone line is cross Connected with another Numbers
Pls find details below:-

When ever our any relative or friend call the user as mention above use to pick up the phone, Our relatives get confused and one of them called me up on my mobile and said that i am calling on your phone & some else is picking the phone.
Hence my family member gave me a feedback that most of time it get engage without calling but i though that it may be some error but finally got this when
I personally called with my mobile and got to know the problem that some body is using my Number.
From the month of May-jun I have regularly given complain in written on the form available at your duplicate bill counter, Form Named PROFORMA FOR EXCESS METERING COMPLAINT, till date i have received only one revert from your side only once.
Comments Mentioned on it :-
1. Mobile No. 951420223435 have talked long,
2. Rent rebate for Rs.42/- has been credited in your Account
The First comment given is totally Wrong if i have taken All Rajasthan Free Plan including one India plan the No. Mentioned is 95 1420 223435. This is the number of Bandikui which is in Rajasthan if i am not Wrong the unlimited plan Rajasthan Free says you can call unlimited with unlimited time period on any time during a day.
Kindly clear the issue on priority, Again i have received the bill through your this mail id Saying that the bill for Nov- Dec bill is for Rs.900 which i am totaly surprised that we only call with this Number Max. on basic phone only.
In Summary i want to Say that kindly solve my following problem on priority before my due date of Nov- Dec get over.
1. Billing from May-June 08, July-Aug 08, Sep-Oct 08 & Nov-Dec 08 the Excess amount charged should be credited in mine Account back.
2. I should receive your revert before the due date get over for Nov-Dec 08 that is Jan 23.
3. I alway receive my bill after the due date get over, (that why i have give request for mine mobile and e-mail but still i need hard copy for the same on time).
4. Kindly check in your system why Bandikui Number is showing Mobile in your system's as comments given by you in May-June 08 excess bill revert received in hard copy, if you need the same kindly mail i will be scan the same and you.
Looking for your kind support on priority so that i should not taken any legal action agianst BSNL
