POOR SERVICES

I HAD BEEN FORWARDED THE NAME OF GATI HOME PACKERS & MOVERS FROM JUST DIAL SERVICES ON MY QUERY.

Extremely poor services. Do not get carried away by all promises. All false. I am not sure if this is a part of the BIGGER GATI GROUP, THOUGH THEY ASSERTED SO.. I had booked my household items on 03rd of Jun for Delhi. I was promised it will be delivered in 3 days. Today is the 8th day and there is neither any sign of the items nor is any one owning up the responsibility and giving us the correct information.

My advice, GIVE THIS COMPANY A MISS . I AM ALSO ADVISING JUST DIAL TO DE-LIST THIS COMPANY FROM THEIR DATA BANK OR ELSE PEOPLE WILL LOSE FAITH IN EVEN JUST DIAL.
