Not getting the ticket printout

i booked a ticket last night and made payment but still i m not getting the ticket printout while the transaction history in bank account shows that payment was made then why i m not getting my ticket printed.where can i get ma ticket.all history of booked tickets showing nothing.so where can i get ma ticket
