Non-refund of Air ticket cancellation

I had cancelled my Air ticket No. 8266016 of Airdeccan for Kolkata to Bangalore on 18.08. for which a reference no. 190515 was generated and communicated to me. Ticket was booked by me online thru Credit card.

In the communication from Airlines, it was indicated that as per the terms, the refund will be credited within 14 working days. However, even after lapse of 53 days, the refund amount is not credited till date. In spite of my requests made to their customer service centre and also various e-mails sent to Mr. Eshwar Singh of Customer service centre/Teamleads/Guestcare, I have neither received the refund nor any body has responded to my mails.

Such a negligence & carelessness on the part of any airlines has never been experienced by me.

I am compelled to register my complaint with Consumer forum with a request to arrange my refund from Airdeccan along with interest for the delay.

It is also requested to take necessary action against all responsible persons for such careless/negligent approach towards customer.
