Refund not rolled back

I had an air deccan ticket booked from Delhi to Leh o which I had to cancel. I was given a new ticket no 6495878 on 27 may withassurance that Rs 6898 out of the ticket value of Rs 7898 will be rolled back to my credit card acount. Despite my several reminders it has not been done till now.. it is jan now.

Can any one help me get my refund?
