Refund of payment

I had booked a flight from Delhi to Lucknow online for 26th May in the name of Mr. Karamvir Tomar (PNR 7597684) in Air Deccan. flight was scheduled for 1145 hrs. initially it was delayed for 1430 and further it was delayed for 1600 and finally it was cancelled. I did not board any flight, my ticket was stamped and signed by reservation counter staff and I was assured that my refunded amout will be credited in my account. but one weak is over. no action has been taken by refund department.
