Refund of ticket

A ticket was booked online on 18 May at 18:10 hrs (IST) for IC 555 from Chennai to Singapore on 23 May at 00:50 hrs. During this transaction, the amount of Rs 8329 has been debited from my account but the PNR was not generated. Due to availability shortage, I immediately booked a new ticket for the journey. I request to you to refund the amount for the ticket that was booked earlier for which the PNR number was not generated
